- Declaration of Compliance (Form 31)
- Notice of Directors (Form 8)
- Notice of Address of Registered Office (Form 4)
- A Certificate of Incorporation is issued within 2 working weeks of filing
Stage 3
Making of By-Laws
- The By-Laws govern the conduct of the affairs of the company. This document is not filed at the office of the Registrar of Companies.
