Trinidad and Tobago finalist in About.com Reader’s Choice Awards
Trinidad and Tobago is one of the leading contenders for the 2012 About.com Readers’ Choice Awards for Favourite Caribbean Island or Destination.
With a little over one week left before the final votes are tallied, Trinidad and Tobago, along with Curacao, have taken the lead among the five finalists in this category which includes Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos and the Cayman Islands.
The Readers Choice Awards was launched in 2008 on About.com’s technology channel but has expanded to highlight the best products, features and services across a wide variety of topics from technology to travel.
Voting started in mid-January with About.com readers submitting nominations in hundreds of award categories. Based on the initial nominations, About.com experts select five finalists per award category from which readers can vote for their favourite.
Voting closes on March 21st, with category winners being announced on March 30th.
