Top honours for Trinidad and Tobago's Culinary Team at Taste of the Caribbean
The Trinidad and Tobago Culinary Team once again overwhelmed its Caribbean counterparts in the “TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN” culinary competition which was held at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico, from June 12-14, 2009.
“TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN” is an annual culinary competition, organised by the Caribbean Hotel Association, featuring regional teams cooking “live”; all vying for the prestigious title of the Caribbean Culinary Team of the Year.
