PHYSICAL APPROVALS

Applicant must fill out an Application for Permission to Develop Land (as stated in The Town and Country Planning Act, Chap 35:01) from the Ministry of Integrated Planning and Development.

This application form distinguishes the nature of the following items:

• Nature of Development – e.g. whether the project is stated as a new building, Alteration, Change of Use, Sub-division or addition to existing Structure.
• Intended use of existing or proposed building – commercial use
• Design of Layout
• Adequacy of Service – such as water, electricity, surface drainage, parking and disposal of trade effluent.

The form must be accompanied by the following documents:

• LA Application Form
• Location Plan
• Site Plan
• Floor Plan
• Elevation Plans

Upon Final Approval, a Completion Certificate is provided by the Regional Corporation.
