Organisational Structure

The Tourism Development Company Limited is an agency of the Ministry of Tourism. The Ministry has responsibility for monitoring the operations and programmes run by the TDC and for funding the agency. The Minister of Tourism has responsibility for the formulation of policy.

The TDC Board of Directors is appointed by Cabinet and reports directly to the Minister of Tourism, the Honourable Dr Rupert Griffith. The President and management of the TDC report to the Board of Directors.

The Board comprises seven Directors who are responsible for moulding the strategic direction of the Company and for monitoring its business and affairs. The Board reviews and approves the Company's strategic and business plans and guiding policies. Day-to-day management of the Company's affairs and implementation of its strategy and policy initiatives are delegated to the Company President and the management team.
